Glen — chimney quality and support response | |||
Hi I am kaladhar (Phone: [protected]) customer of glen designer chimney. I never had a bad experience. I gave the complaint one month back 15th may customer service number [protected] Response i received My technician will call you within 48 hours but till now one month 5 days no one has called me. Before also i called support center but i got a reply same. So waited and i called hyderabad dealer, he arranged technician, he told me some board problem. He told me it will take 3 days time. I am waiting still not get. I called again hyderabad dealer he told me your motor has a problem we need to replace. I called after 5 days he told me it is in courier but i don't know how much time it will take still not get it. I have been informed that it covers in the warranty. Today i called again to service centre guys, she told me she will arrange the technician, the last call was closed because i am not lifting the phone. He never called me why the technicians are saying?. Is this the way to behave?. I am not happy with your service and also your technicians. Is this international brand? "if your chimney is under ltw and you have registered it on line in 90 days of its purchase" I wasn’t informed about the motor warranty when it was installed. There is no proper information given during installation about the extended warranty. I send a mail to [protected]@glenindia.com, [protected]@glenindia.com, pioneers.[protected]@rediffmail.com, [protected]@glenindia.com, [protected]@gmail.com on jun 21 2018 still not yet closed.
