I am an the unfortunate owner of your 4 burner hob.
Ever since i have purchased your product the ignition has been faulty. It was even replaced once but did not work even for a few days. (That is after chasing the service technician repeatedly)
Yet again i called thier service number 3 days back and a female staff took the complaint and no action was taken, today when i called up at 10.15 am staff says that no complaint was registered. Is this how you do business.
I want this rubbish product to be taken back and replaced as i have not enjoyed it even once. I will explore all possible means in my capacity to resolve this issue, hopefully you do not bring it to that. Was this information helpful? |
