Glen — glen chimney purchased from flipkart having push button of led light and light not working

I have purchased glen black chimney from flipkart of 60cm specification amounting to rs 5499 but delievered without invoice at 7th october 2019 when installation made on 10.10.19 it was checked by the techinician, the push button of chimney light are not working and the light can not be switch on.
I have registered complaint on glen authorised customer care number and service number but till date no one /no techinician came to my house for replacement.
