Glen — glen cooking range

I had purchased glen cooking range from authorized dealer kamla store, jhumri telaiya, koderma, jharkhand. It was installed by technicians sent by the dealer. Since installing stove nob is broken due to the extreme heating while using the grill. The open light is not working and even the auto-ignition switch is also not working. This the worst service i have yet seen. The company doesn't even have people to give the demo of the product. And the complaint is not being attended by the dealer customer care of glen. I have submitted complain more than 15 times that too in the last six months. The product is under warranty yet.
Please ask the dealer/vendor to attend or to take back the machine and refund the amount paid.
