Hello, My name is Karan Bhatia.ON 16TH JAN 2015 evening I booked a flight for 20th jan, 2015.I had a plan to visit on 18th Jan 2015 and by mistake I booked it for 20th jan.so I had given a call on 16th to make the changes.i was not confirmed that the changes has been done by any sms or email that the changes are done for 18th.The PNR number was GX4QXI. Its a purely an agent mistake who did the changes without my consent and no communication was done to me.i had given atleast 10 calls to various representative yeserday but noi response and I am told that it was my mistake. I want the complete refund of my ticket planned for 20th unless I will file a legal complaint.
