Do you people have common sense or not, when you people can't provide the better services, shut your company and get out, why do you people charge common man for non-stop and then you will change your schedule as per you convincing timing, with out proper information,

    I have ticket booked for flight G8 2511 with PNR number AEMCHE. I am planning to change the date due to covid uncertainty please understand the situation and help in doing the same

    1) PNR number AEMCHE or preferably the Goair carrier ticket

    2) conditions of the travel, which allow the passenger to alter the flight free of charge

    3) expectation of the Author, which Author defines in an understood manner.

      I am writing to lodge a complaint against GoAir Airlines for forcing us to use the credit shell instead of doing a full transfer to our mode of payment when GoAir chose to cancel our international flight to Male from Pune dated 19 Dec 2021.

      The details are as follows-

      PNR: BYRZKQ
      Date of Travel: 19 December 2021
      Source: Pune
      Destination: Male (Maldives)
      Via: Bengaluru
      Original ticket: Attached

      Cancellation Date: 18 December 2021
      Canceled By: GoAir

      Post the cancellation by GoAir, they took the liberty to book the ticket without our consent as below and sent us the itinerary. The flight timings are not at all matching, we are quite surprised how did GoAir think that flying to Male is possible when the flight to Bangalore will only reach at 13:00 Hours and the departing flight to Male leaves at 12.50.

      We had a chat with the GoAir support team regarding the same ( call recording is available ) where they apologized and asked if they would like us to go either for a full-refund or a re-booking to which we explained we would like to go for a full-refund and the executive confirmed that they would do a full-refund to our original mode of payment.

      Today as on 25th December 2021, we contacted GoAir to know that we have the only option as "Credit Shell" to get our refund after spending over 3 hours on call with them. GoAir is forcing us to use the credit shell while we have incurred losses in re-doing all the trip planning and paying extra to the resort stays included. Moreover, in the light of current COVID situations with Omicron, we are unlikely to travel domestically or internationally using GoAir. How is this even sensible to force a consumer to choose to fly in order to use the refund amount pushed into the credit shell ( which is highly immoral and unethical from the consumer behavior point of view )

      We simply would like to have the amount refunded to our original mode of payment. And request your assistance in order to deal this with the GoAir airline. Please let us know how we proceed with this.

      The Author is advised
      to keep all evidences, the text including
      to find the legal professional for lodging the lawsuit against InterGlobe Aviation Ltd
      to the nearest court at his residence.

      The duty of the legal professional is primary to explain the rights of the passengers in the case and the reasonable financial expectation, apart of the noted by the Author, in light of the losses
      for the decision making of three passengers.

      The total estimated expenses for such simple lawsuit can not exceed[protected] rupees total.
      These expenses are refundable by the judgement of the judge.

      The estimated length of time can not exceed 6 months from the moment of the registration of lawsuit of the passenger(s), if the passenger(s) will not demand the excessive complications or will not face with the extended fraud of the air carrier again during the court sessions.

      The judge can apply stricter measures against the executives of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd, which operate around 160 air crafts in India, upon the receipt of writ of lawyer or legal professional, who represents the rights of the named passengers before judge at court sessions.

        On 22/12/2021 i board go air flight from hyderabad(india) and landed riyadh (saudi arabia) on same date(22/12/2021) . i found that one of my luggage is missing i didnt receive one of my luggage . it has my kids academic books its v.important to attend the classes.
        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I didn't receive any response from your side.let me know the status of my missing suitcase

        Evidences represent:-
        1. ticket
        2. bag tag
        3. registration of the complaint with agent of air carrier.

        Such documents do not present.

        The complaint of passenger shall be filled (applied) within 7 days after the flight is over, and the PIR (property irregularity report) or similar document shall be issued by the agent to the passenger almost immediately.

        The continuation of dispute, if the air carrier have refused to compensate upon the receipt of complaint within 21 days, is the nearest court of India's state of the residing village / town / city of the passenger.

        Estimated expenses for lawyer, if needed in such simple case, are[protected] rupees.

          We received a message from go air regarding our flight from Male to Kochi on 3rd Dec yesterday that the flight has been canceled. Our PNR is BF4J2B we had contacted the Go Air customer care One Shivanki answered and told us that our Male to Bangalore G8-4032 flight is own schedule but Bangalore Kochi flight G8-812 is cancelled and she told us that we can cancel the Bangalore Kochi and get refund for it and mail regarding same would be send. We have booked another flight for Bangalore to Kochi on 3rd but we have not received any mail from Go Air and we are unable to do web checkin for our Male to Bangalore flight. Due to this miscommunication we need to cancel the whole booked ticket from MALE to BANGALORE for GO Air and on the top of that GO Air charged 20000 RS as the cancelation fee which is very unfortunate and unlawful. So hereby we request you to refund the cancellation fee and compensation for the other ticket cancelation charges .Attaching the screenshot below of cancellation fee for your reference.

          The Customer care of GO AIR is very poor and they are not at all answering the calls which is a very desperate thing. Because of this our entire holidays got ruined.

                I Pramod Surana, flight No G8 2201 seat No 4E and PNR number - JBY5YD
                flew from New Delhi at 7am to Surat at 7:40am. My hand baggage was exchanged with another passenger near by me.

                      I have booked below flights well before 3 months, but Go first airline cancelled both the flights just one day before the journey. One of the worst alirline in India.

                        our direct flights were preponed by 13 hrs, a shocking move.no call from goair.when tried customer care didnt connect for 30 mins.called 20 times.then just said sorry and refused to rebooking.very bad behaviour .wont recommend.

                        PNR PB7VKD and I6286P, now tried to web-checkin which is compulsory, the boarding pass generated for one pnr but not able to send on email.2nd boarding pass is showing error 500.what to do...all passengers are women and 4 kids.they are cursing me.

                          My PNR is O6389C for your flight G8 - 751 departing on 02 Dec at 0720 hrs from NAG to PNQ.

                          Hi team my flight is delayed due to unknown reason and is at 21:00hrs now on 2 Dec .

                          I have urgent work in afternoon.

                          Your team asked me they will provide entire refund of 4275Rs the amount which I booked flight .
                          When confirmed for refund your team deducted around 800 Rs and sent revised iternary for refund process of 3498Rs .

                          It's my hard earned money requesting you to please send me refund of complete 4275 Rs which I booked from confirm ticket app .

                          Go Air is doing fraud first the flight got delayed more than 12 hrs which is pathetic service .if you don't refund my complete amount with which I booked ticket.

                          I would like to file a case for complaint with sugam india govt dgca legal advisor.

                          Go Airline is saying that Ixigo is deducting service charges and they have not processed entire refund of 4275 Rs even when they have confirmed earlier they will not deduct any charges .

                          Hi Go Air team,

                          Ixigo agent Akash Kumar Gupta have confirmed they can't cancel any service charges from Ixigo end and I need to check back to airlines only they have only deducted service charges.

                          Kindly confirm what is issue I need my complete amount as refund which I booked money with 4275Rs which was confirmed and promised from GoAir team customer service agent when confirmed for refund GoAir team deducted around 800 Rs .

                          As Go Air team providing only 3498 Rs .

                          Kindly let me know asap or I will file a legal online case with legal advisory sugam india limited which is government case which will destroy reputation of both GoAir and Ixigo.I ahve recorfding of all calls

                            I have booked the flight from patna to sharjah via delhi in delhi i have 3 hrs layover but my first patna flight is delayed 1 and half hrs and when i reached delhi its almost i have only 1 hrs 20 mints foe the flight according to the new guilde line we need to do rapid test first before board the flight thats the reason i didnt able to board the flight they are not allowed me. after i spent whole airport i dont know wat to do staff of go air not helping there passeneger there are not ready to give me another flight next day after so many request they allow to give after two days. then i asked for refund they process rhe refund but i still didnt received the refund amount in my account they cheaters. i will never travel in my future again

                                I travelled by GoAir on 19 Nov 21 from Lucknow to Mubai (via Delhi connected flight) by flight no G8 2610 and G8 334. I booked my one trolley bag in Lucknow airport while boarding. While arriving in mumbai I didn't get my luggage there. I complaint it to the GoAir luggage Service and the staff of the luggage service counter told me that they will contact me on the next day after inquiry of my luggage but till now I didn't get any call from their side. They give a their luggage service counter number which is switched off every time while try to contact them.

                                    I am Terence Gonsalves, a passenger who flew from Goa to Mumbai via Flight G8 332 on 6th November 2021 along with my family. On arrival in Mumbai, I found my baggage totally damaged due to the mishandling of the baggage by the Go Air Staff. The bag was totally torn open despite it being a trolley bag and marked as FRAGILE. The contents in the baggage were slightly damaged only.

                                    Immediately on arrival, I have lodged a complaint with the Go Air Airport Baggage Services and filled in the necessary forms and provided all the details as required. Since then, I have sent 5 follow-up emails to the Go Air Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority and made 5 calls to their customer care department.

                                    BUT NO RESPONSE has been received from any of them. Not a single response has been received.

                                    I am enclosing all the documents provided to Go Air. If required, I can also forward all the communication sent to Go Air till date.

                                    Appreciate your intervention to help me to get this matter sorted.

                                    Looking forward to your assistance.

                                    Go Air seems to be totally insensitive towards Customer Complaints. They do not have any courtesy or decency to even revert despite mails being sent to the Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority with a copy to DGCA. Seems like they do not even care about complaints to DGCA. One of the worst customer service ever witnessed across the globe.

                                      We had booked a direct fright from Ahmedabad to Goa and return. Both flights have got cancelled and we have to not been offered a solution. This was the most expensive flight and we choose it only because we have a function to attend there. Our trip PNR is DF4BNE for AMD - GOI - AMD.

                                      Forget giving a call or helping. We are not able to contact the customer service and now where no where to go.

                                      I am filing a complaint with Government of India ministry of aviation as the 2 passengers are booked under senior citizen category and would have required maximum help but are being treated as rubbish.

                                        I think Go air wants to make money out of Customers slightest weakness. Today I was to travel from Bangalore to Ahemedabad in the morning 6.30am flight . While I was sharp on time at 5.30AM, they said I came 3mts late and said flight gates closed, made me pay extra Rs. 6500(100%) for alternate schedule.
                                        In the evening flight to start at Delhi by 4.10PM, the flight gates opened only at 3.55PM and flight started 4.40pm. So I demand refund of my extra money paid for your fsult and be truthful in your services.
