Go First Airlines — Baggage damage

I travelled by go air flight G8- 203 with PNR no K5PRXF from leh to Jammu.
Upon arrival at Jammu I received by Samsonite suitcase in a completely damaged state.
On reaching out to the go air office at Jammu airport, a lady officer came to check my suitcase and told me the following things.
1. To show a picture of the suitcase when I deposited it at go air luggage counter in leh, I have not taken any picture of my suitcase when depositing at the counter, as I was never told by the airlines that it is mandatory to take the picture of the luggage while handing over to the airline luggage counter.
2. She showed me a go air luggage tag on my suitcase which she told me was signed by me. Clearly this is a case of forgery of my signature by the airlines, I have never signed on any tag stating my luggage was damaged. It can be proved by checking the cameras at the luggage counter.
My Samsonite suitcase has been crushed and broken in transit by go air and my signature has been forged by your officials.
Since the issue was not redressed by the Jammu airport go air staff, I got this email through your helpline.
