I had booked my return flight ticket via Go First airlines for 6 of my family members including myslef from Srinagar to Bangalore (PNR - T6IHGF) for 28th May 2023.
The airlines claimed bankruptcy and started cancelling flights from mid of May and our flight too was cancelled. I had booked ticket through travel aggregator app - EaseMyTrip.com. I raised a request to refund the full amount of INR 87, 000 with both EaseMyTrip and Go First. Go First team said that refund request has to be claimed via EaseMyTrip (EMT). EMT team took my request and late mentioned that they have raised claim with NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) as Go first had claimed bankruptcy and matter was with NCLT.
It has been 7 months now and there has been no word yet on refund. I have followed up multiple times with Go First. Although they acknowledge that INR 87000 needs to be refunded, there is absolutely no word by when. Numerous calls and emails have not yeilded any results.
We request your support to help us get out refund back. It is our hard earned money.
