I had booked two tickets for your flight G-8 189 departing from Srinagar to Delhi on 19th may 2023 through Yatra.com for Go first Airlines. PNR FDZ1QN cancelled by the airlines. I have not yet recieved the refund of the said amount Rs 9174. I have already written several times and talked to customer care of both Yatra.com and Go First airlines but no results....

I had booked my return flight ticket via Go First airlines for 6 of my family members including myslef from Srinagar to Bangalore (PNR - T6IHGF) for 28th May 2023.
The airlines claimed bankruptcy and started cancelling flights from mid of May and our flight too was cancelled. I had booked ticket through travel aggregator app - EaseMyTrip.com. I raised a request to refund the full amount of INR 87, 000 with both EaseMyTrip and Go First....

I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Varanasi & return trip via Go First airlines with details as below :

This is in the context of the air ticket vide PNR. Go Flight J74LVC I booked this ticket because it was mentioned on the ticket Refundable. Now when I am applying to cancel, the refund it is showing is ZERO.

When I called up the customer care of Go First, I was informed that this ticket is non refundable and Yatra has befooled the traveller by stating it as refundable.

I raise my objection to mention this ticket...

I want to file a complaint against Go First airlines.
I had booked a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad dated 25th Feb 2022.
I received a sms from the airlines saying that the flight has been rescheduled to 10:30 pm which I was not comfortable with and so asked for a full refund. The airlines agreed to it over customer care call. The airlines never responded to any of my mails but they assured it in a call.
