Go First Airlines — Flight cancelled but refusing to refund rebooking charges

I had booked a round trip with Go First airlines from Paytm, now just 2 weeks before my trip I got to know that flights are canceled. They are issuing a refund on the tickets but they are not ready to refund the 7000 Rs that they charged for change of booking from 28th Dec 2021 to 27th Dec 2021. Reason they are giving is that flights were available at that time, I don't know what that means since all there flights are cancelled now and the only option they have is to take a flight with 18+ hours of time which makes no sense as the other flight was taking 2hours of time. I do not wish to reschedule my trip with this airlines just want a refund of complete amount that I wasted on this flight.
