I want to file a complaint against Go First airlines.
I had booked a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad dated 25th Feb 2022.
I received a sms from the airlines saying that the flight has been rescheduled to 10:30 pm which I was not comfortable with and so asked for a full refund. The airlines agreed to it over customer care call. The airlines never responded to any of my mails but they assured it in a call.
Even after assurance of full refund, and as the flight has been rescheduled due to technical difficulty on their end, I have only been refunded amount of Rs.588, while I was assured Rs. 2826 (full amount).
Also, I received a mail from GoAir refund team that INR1113 refund has been processed, which I have never received.
I request you to kindly go through the documents attached and help me get the refund
