GoAir — bag damaged | |
Hi have made a complain and send letter to go air regarding my baggage being damaged during my flight on 4th may from mumbai to bangalore. So far no calls or emails. Forgot replacing the bag not even sorry. This shows much go air care for their customers. No wonder indigo has taken over. Next time if i have option i rather not travel in goair. Thank you go air for making yur customers preferences easy not to choose you to fly... My complain no for go air is g[protected]. The correspondent of go air also took pics of the bag at airport.. Dear friend i travel blr to goa dated 15.3 2018flight no G8285 i had piece of marble tile fragile item was broken by handlling staff at goa air port in 3 Piece mr Patel Agent 005834 at goa AIRPORT register Dbr no G[protected] till now no any response make it clear what to do thanks [protected]
