Hi have made a complain and send letter to go air regarding my baggage being damaged during my flight on 4th may from mumbai to bangalore. So far no calls or emails. Forgot replacing the bag not even sorry. This shows much go air care for their customers. No wonder indigo has taken over. Next time if i have option i rather not travel in goair. Thank you go air for making yur customers preferences easy not to choose you to fly... My complain no for go air is g[protected]. The correspondent of go air also took pics of the bag at airport..
