GoAir — cancelled my flight in last moment and says they will give full re-fund | |||||
I had booked 6 tickets on g8-653 on 1st april 2018 from cochin to bengaluru. Today (28th march 2018), i got a call from go air stating that my flight is cancelled and they are not able to make any alternative arrangement. I had booked tickets for around 2000 rupees per passenger but now i see that the prices are double with other airlines. Since goair is cancelling the flight, they must provide me seats in alternate airlines. I am not ok with receiving full refund. The must compensate me for the losses i suffer. I booked through make my trip and the booking ids are the following.
