GoAir — Cheating Airline | |||
I had booked the ticket with the PNR - MY43GT for my mother on 15th April 2020 for Travel on 7th May 2020. Since the flights were cancelled they said I can re-book the ticket for the same passenger only for a future date saying my PNR is protected. Now when I try to re-book for the same passenger for a future date it doesn't show my amount for usage while booking. Moreover I get a mail saying they have cancelled my old ticket(PNR - MY43GT) with ZERO refund as of now. Why is this airline allowed to play with our hard earned money? Disgusting response from customer call centre also. No one got onto the call upfront but all I heard was how to wash hands amid lockdown for 45 mins. I need a full refund for my ticket and I don't wish to fly with this airline ever again. I'm happy on a note that I booked my other tickets with AirAsia and Spicejet. Former entertained full refund while the later one shows it in a credit shell. GoAir has just cheated on the consumers showing no mercy amid this pandemic also. Was this information helpful? | |||
