I kanika bhardwaj i am a frequent flyer of your airlines but i am very much disappointed by one of your employee naveen kumar today i. E. 10.10.2019 at chandigarh airport my flight was at 11:30 am. I was standing on counter for luggage checking while he was on another counter came to me and start harassing me for my hand luggage while the person who was checking my luggage was already ok with my luggage and even gave me my boarding pass when he came and start creating issues with my luggage and when i move towards security check in he again followed me. He is hounding me and came all the way to ensure that i am harassed i am a frequent flyer and never expected these kind of employees in your airlines whose only work is to harass passengers. I would also like to inform you that earlier he was in vistara when he harassed me and my family when we were 10 passengers and he counted us nine and take extra money from us and use such bad language that i can’t even write on this mail, you can check our records with vistara airlines for 9th december 2018 I am requesting you to take strict action against him so that we will not be harassed in future.
