GoAir — Delay in refund of air ticket booked in mar 2020 for amt rs 18, 050.00

I had booked an Air ticket from Delhi to Leh for 26 May 2020 and return Leh to Delhi for 30 May 2020, on 17 Mar 2020, for self & wife. The flight got cancelled in view of Covid 19 Restrictions by the Govt, however in-spite of multiple Emails to the company my claim for a refund of my amount is yet to be settled by them since last five years. Unable to understand what to do and whom to approach. would be grateful if someone could help me out with it.
