I was charged Rs.4400 for extra baggage on the 5th Sept with PNR CF5FGE by GoAir at Mumbai Airport. The problem here is I was charged twice for Rs.4400 as the first time swipe on the machine said "Time Out" and hence I was charged for the 2nd time despite the money being debited the first time too. Now I am left with 2 charges for of Rs.4400 each for the same transaction of extra baggage.
I have sent several emails and called GoAir customer service multiple times and now I am exhausted and appalled by their customer service response.
On the 8th Sept 2022, [protected]@flygofirst.com sent me an email stating they are refunding my 1 charge of Rs.4400 and I shall receive it in 7-10 business days but nothing yet!
PLEASE HELP! A FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

    I had travelled on 29th August 2022 from Mumbai to Kolkata through Go Air flight G8-511. During check-in at Mumbai Airport I have handed over my trolley bag in good condition but I received broken and torn bag at Kolkata Airport ( Missing vanity Makeup box and cash of Rs 4000/). After landed Kolkata Airport I tried contacting your officials but they asked me to register the online complain and we received filled Proper irregularity Report Form (PIR) from Go Air ways personals at Kolkata Airport .
    So I would request you to please make the lost claim of Rs 10, 000, being one of the reputed airlines so that further availment of services can be made with satisfaction. I want you to compensate the loss immediately. Waiting for a response.

        We booked 5 tickets, under PNR H5MPSE & CDJEKX, for the go air flight no.G8-259/2609 dated 20/07/2022 from Shrinagar to Lucknow, total journey in 2 legs.
        on 8th July we received a email from go air that above flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons.
        As per the cancellation rules in all travell agencies if journey is cancelled by the operator, full refund automatically returned so we were waiting for the same.
        When the refund of the journey has not been received even after 3 weeks, we enquired from the go air customer care and we have been told that the1st leg of the journey (from Shrinagar- Delhi) was operative and only 2nd leg(from Delhi-Lucknow) was cancelled. so we will get only no-show refund, not full refund.
        You may pl check your email delivered to us which clearly inform that flight no. G8-259/2609 has been cancelled for 20/07/2022 no where it was mentioned that 2nd leg of journey has been cancelled, under this circumstances we must get full refund.
        As your customer care is not listening our grivences, I will request you to resolve the refund issue at the earliest.

          I booked the flight ticket with GoAir(PNR Number F6L7HP)from Hyderabad on 2nd Aug at 6 am to catch International flight at Bangalore at 10.30 am. GoAir rescheduled the ticket without any cooling period to make my own plan and send revised ticket to me 28th July. I explained the situation multiple times to the Customer Service Executives and also mentioned over email and over phone mentioning that revised Itinerary is not acceptable for me. Also spent around 12 hrs with the phone call with Customer Service Executive of GoAir and Called multiple times on 28th July, 29th July, 30th July, 31st July and 1st August to get the updated information. But Customer Service executive mentioned that they(feedback Team) will revert back after 7 to 10 working days. Still my following questions was not answered either by email or during call with Customer Service Executive or phone or in any kind of communication from GoAir

            Address: Kannur airport

            At the time of web checkin had paid extra for lounge service and at the time of entry I was denied it stating that it was for an outside airport entry lounge (though at the web checkin site only pearl lounge was mentioned for kannur airport and no other)Tried to talk to the rep at pearl lounge bt he would not allow me. I was told that a QR code is generated which I didn’t get. Though go air and pearl lounge have a tie up I would still be denied entry even when I have a go air ticket which says lounge entry. Feel cheated now, lost my money and request for a refund. System is not at all transparent

              Hi, this is Pooja. I travelled by Go First flight from Pune to Leh via Delhi on 7th July, 2022. During the journey my Bag is being damaged by Go First. I showed it to Go First Authority at Leh Airport. They asked me to fill a baggage damage claim form and submit it there and then I was asked to send an email with the attached form to their concerned team to resolve this issue. They promised to get it resolved within 24-48 hours. But, I did not receive any email or communication from them. After that I had several follow ups with customer care. But, All were making the same statement that I will get revert back within 24-48 hours. But, till now I didn't get any response nor the refund for baggage claim. Requesting for a refund of my bag damaged by Go First.

                This is regarding my flight from Delhi to Leh in 26th May at 5 am.
                We waited for 2 hrs in checkin line for luggage with no support from staff even after inquiries there wasn't any support no callout for our flight checkin there was checkin for 3 to 4 flights simultaneously with just 3 or 4 counters open for gofirst. By the time we reached counter they dint take our luggage asked us to rush to boarding gate with our luggage with no communication from your staff to the boarding staff despite our checkin we somehow managed to pass security and reached boarding gate but the flite had left ..there were few other people with us who also faced the same issue and missed the flight ..There were no callout for our flight checkin... neither were we contacted despite.. checkin ..when we reached to gofirst staff they weren't supportive either the reason they stated is we dint have seat nos on our boarding pass hence we missed the flight the lamest reason you can hear please find attached the boarding pass for your reference ..they denied responsibilty for everything not expected from brand like gofirst aftr several discussions they asked us us to book next flight which cost us additional money...there were several other complaints like web checkin issues for other passengers for which they were being charged money ..the whole thing In a nutshell looks like a scam for money ..would like to bring to your notice not expected such behavior from airlines ..there has to be some accountability from a brand like gofirst .I would like to get compensated for the loss I had also wanted to highlight this . Let me know if you need any further details.

                  Hi, I cancelled my flight with pnr no. O3S7JL FROM LEH TO BANGALORE ON 12TH OF JULY and ask for the full refund due to medical emergency. They deduct the cancellation charge and refund the rest and ask to sumit the medical reports to get the refund. I submitted the medical reports through mail but after that I keep on calling them to know the status but keep on saying they escalate it and wait for 2days.It has been 15 days calling again and again and their answer is same

                    While booking the ticket there was no mentioning about paid selection of seats, but while i tried to do manadte web checkin they are asking for money and not giving an option to skip seat like other websites, this incident happened on june 2022 .. if paying was mandate they should mention it while booking why would i have to pay if i dont want to sit in particular seat if they have mentioned free in app why cant i see the free seats when i try to book ticket.. Air line is scam

                      SR No - G[protected] PNR No - IEZL8H.

                      Ticket was booked for Goa - delhi but had to cancel as one of the passenger detected as Covid+. Departure date was 25th and i got to know the report on 19th. Since then i have been calling customer care and sending email on [protected]@flygofirst.com.

                      i have shared the report with them but still no response.

                      Can they resolve the issue?

                          We left our Bluetooth headset (Sennheiser) on our recent trip, dated 10th May, Flight number - G8-406, on the 20th row of the flight (20A 20B) - PNR - TE68JK.

                          It was a black colour headset, looks a bit weary but does the job and I would really appreciate having it back. We de-boarded in jiffy as it was an interconnecting flight Delhi - Varanasi - Lucknow. We left at Varanasi.

                            I was supposed to travel by Go air G8-808 From Bengaluru to Lucknow on 4th June, 2022. The flight original departure was at 12.20 pm which got rescheduled by them on the date of departure to 15:00 pm.

                            While sitting at the airport waiting for boarding, the flight was again delayed and rescheduled to 15:30 pm.

                            What kind o[censored]nprofessional service is this? If someone has some urgency to reach, then what about them suffering?

                            Shouldn't I get a compensation. I demand a compensation from this insane company. Or else will find a legal way.

                              My bag was exchanged and I had to spend 2 hours at the airport and also pay additional amt of waiting charges since wrong belt number was announced in the flight. I would like to claim a refund for all the lost time and money.

                                I satyawati tiwari has booked ur flight on 21st April from jaipur to mumbai as I need to attend a dental conference but due to my very bad health conditions I need to cancel my booking as my doctor has given me completely bed rest and did not allow me to travel.. So it's my humble request plz refund my money as my doctor did not allow me to travel. My PNR is O4LFGI. And i m sending u my doctor's certificate. I have emailed to the nodel officer many times but got no reply

                                  This is with regards to our reservation with Go First of PNR U6G42C. The applicable refund of INR 11502 .
                                  Flight cancelled and my refund processed on 1st March 2022. So far I have not received my refund amount Rs. 11502.

                                    Hello, I am in the Indian Army. While I was traveling from Srinagar to Mumbai on a Go Air flight, my bag was checked at Srinagar Airport but I did not receive my bag at Mumbai Airport and they do not take responsibility for my luggage.
