We booked 5 tickets, under PNR H5MPSE & CDJEKX, for the go air flight no.G8-259/2609 dated 20/07/2022 from Shrinagar to Lucknow, total journey in 2 legs.
on 8th July we received a email from go air that above flight has been cancelled due to technical reasons.
As per the cancellation rules in all travell agencies if journey is cancelled by the operator, full refund automatically returned so we were waiting for the same.
When the refund of the journey has not been received even after 3 weeks, we enquired from the go air customer care and we have been told that the1st leg of the journey (from Shrinagar- Delhi) was operative and only 2nd leg(from Delhi-Lucknow) was cancelled. so we will get only no-show refund, not full refund.
You may pl check your email delivered to us which clearly inform that flight no. G8-259/2609 has been cancelled for 20/07/2022 no where it was mentioned that 2nd leg of journey has been cancelled, under this circumstances we must get full refund.
As your customer care is not listening our grivences, I will request you to resolve the refund issue at the earliest.

I had travelled on 29th August 2022 from Mumbai to Kolkata through Go Air flight G8-511. During check-in at Mumbai Airport I have handed over my trolley bag in good condition but I received broken and torn bag at Kolkata Airport ( Missing vanity Makeup box and cash of Rs 4000/). After landed Kolkata Airport I tried contacting your officials but they asked me to register the online complain and we received filled Proper irregularity Report Form (PIR) from Go Air ways personals at Kolkata Airport .
So I would request you to please make the lost claim of Rs 10, 000, being one of the reputed airlines so that further availment of services can be made with satisfaction. I want you to compensate the loss immediately. Waiting for a response.
Earlier mail send on 13th Sept 2022. Yet not get any reply .
