GoAir — Flight cancelled by GoAir Airline but no refund provided even after one year

Address: GoAir, Mumbai, Maharashtra

I had booked my family's (7 passengers) with following flight details on 19/Apr/23 via www.Happyfares.com and paid full amount with reference no.: HBB86QLE:

1. Delhi to Srinagar on 28/May/23 with PNR no. O8PNMM (Cost - ₹43, 820)
2. Srinagar to Delhi on 02/June/23 with PNR no. AYHV5Q (Cost - ₹36, 750)

However, GoAir Airline had cancelled our flights due to their financial crisis and so I have requested for refund on 25/May/2023 itself to Happyfares.com customer care. They have initiated the refund request but till now I have not received any refund.
Due to flight cancellation, I had cancelled my Hotel bookings at Srinagar hotel for which I didn't receive any refund as well due to late cancellation.

There is a big financial loss (₹ 80, 570) & too much mental stress I 'm having due to this.
It's more than a year now but still no one is hearing my complaint about refund.
Kindly help to get my refund for Airline cancelled flight.
Do let me know in case any additional info is required to get my refund. Thanks!
