[Resolved]  GoAir — full refund for cancelled flight

My pnr is rydjft. I booked my goair flight from patna to hyderabad on 22nd may 2020 using easemytrip.com.
Because of the cancellation of the flight multiple times, i had to reschedule my booking to other dates several times.
Finally, i travelled using other airline due to unavailability of goair flights on the desired date.
Now, goair is saying your pnr is protected and i can use that amount for travel within a year. But my problem is that i can not travel within a year.
Moreover, i am running out of money.
Kindly, help me to get my full refund as i couldn't travel because of cancellation from the airline's side.
