GoAir — I haven't got my refund from go air

Before the lockdown 1 i booked a go air flight G8-1802 from bangalore to port blair for 20th of march. But the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself and was not able to connect to the customer support.
It's been 4 months and i haven't received any refund. I booked the tickets from my amazon account.
