GoAir — not refunding the amount due to cancellation of flight by go air

I have purchased a ticket for journey from hyderabad to kolkata by flight no. G8 123 for 09th february'2020 vide, pnr no. L3lvuy. But on 3rd february'2020, i have received a message from the go air airline that due to unavoidable reason the flight is cancelled. Up till now, i have been running from pillar to post for realization of refund amount with adequate compensation but alas, i have not received any response so far which has naturally increased my resentment.

I want immediate necessary redress for the above unprecedented behavious of the air line company.
