GoAir — Refund Not Received by MakeMyTrip and Go First

I have booked my flight ticket from MakeMyTrip. The Airline was GoAir also known as Go First and the legal name is Go Airlines (India) Private Limited.

This Airline went operational shutdown. All the booking done in May 2023 got cancelled.

There are so many people including me struggling for refund. It's been more than 2 years and neither MakeMyTrip nor GoAir responding properly. Infact MakeMyTrip stopped showing that cancelled ticket in the app. When I ask MakeMyTrip customer service, it says unable to retrieve data. Also, the GoAir website is down since long as not able to check with Airlines for claim or refund process.

This looks like one of the biggest fraud lead by the GoAir Airlines and the involving parties like MakeMyTrip and many other major flight booking providers. Also, I feel the involvement of DGCA and NCLT as they are intentionally stretching the matter.

I am never gonna leave this. I will fight untill I get my refund and will keep socially influencing this matter.
