Address: Go Airlines (India) Ltd. 1st Floor, C-1, Wadia International Centre (WIC), Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai 400 025, India

Our flight was booked under the booking ID: B5NZXC for the 5. April 2020 and got cancelled by GoAir. We are still waiting for the refund.
The airline does not respond to emails and they are not reachable via phone to solve the issue.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I booked flight from Doha to Mumbai in January-2020. GoAir had canceled the flight and no communication given at last moment. I applied for refund and sent many email. But no response from customer care. Still waiting for my refund.
    Very bad experience for me from GOAIR...

      I pradeep kedia, a passanger of flight GO AIR G8 702, flew from indore to jaiput on 23rd jan, at luggage collection point, my luggage has been taken/ got exchanged with another passenger of same flight named NITESh Chendvankar. since we both landed i have been calling him, but his phone is being switched. i am trying to seek airport authority help but almost 24hrs and no redressal has been given to me.

      after lodging the complain, jaipur authority has helped to resolve it by coordinating inter-departmentally. I have recieved my luggage in proper manner. thankyou, for cordial help

        I had booked flight ticket Chennai to Port Blair Go Air flight on ixigo with booking ID: IF[protected] PNR CB2I6N. Total fare was Rs 16524 was charged by Airline (Go Air).

        Unfortunately due to without Covid certificate airline not allowed to travel. I had canceled the ticket Airline not accepted request. Go Air had initiated the refund process . Go Air not refunding my amount Rs. 16524.

        I requested Airline to please in this situation refund the amount back to my account.

        Kindly Please refund my amount.

            I have booked go air flight from Mumbai to Chennai in the month of August for travelling on 28th January’2021.

            The flight time was 6.10 pm and later I received a call stating the flight has been rescheduled to 10.40 pm. I said to reschedule and send me the itinerary in the month of December. But I did not receive the updated itinerary and then I again called up the go air customer care they said the flight is full and I need to cancel. I argued with them as initially I was told I will be accommodated in 10.40 pm flight and no updates post that. They then helped me in rescheduling to 10.40 pm flight but there was a system error from go air end and hence the balance amount of rs 5, 844 popped up . The customer care team did assure me that amount will be waived off as the mistake was from their end and it’s been a month still the amount has not been waived.

            I do have the recording with me. Could you help in sorting this issue ASAP as this is causing mental torchure

              FLIGHTS CANCELLED DURING LOCKDOWN. NO REFUND YET !!

              Hello GoAir,

              My below flights were cancelled during Corona pandemic lockdown :
              (a) G8 558 Hyderabad to Lucknow dt May 22nd, 2020. PNR CDCGHH. Amount Rs 8247/- (IRCTC transaction ID: [protected])
              (b) G8 559 Lucknow to Hyderabad dt June 8th, 2020. PNR C1LM3L. Amount Rs 7374/- (IRCTC transaction ID: [protected])

              I called IRCTC customer care and they redirected me to GoAir for refund. As... GoAir has not refunded to IRCTC-flights.
              I had been trying to reach Goair customer care since May 20th, but all my calls were rejected or went into automated IVR and then abruptly hung up. After trying calls for more than 7 months, I emailed several times but no reply...

              Is this the way GoAir treats their customers?

              Can you please look into this and credit my refund at the earliest. Appreciate if you can call back and confirm my refund on my registered phone number or email.

                Even Tried To Rebooting Online But No Option Showing.

                      I have a ticket booked on goAir but there is a typo in the name. And the airline is saying there is no provision to correct the typo. Customer care is not available. The mistake is for one letter which should be allowed to be corrected. They are asking to cancel the ticket for 3000rs and rebook, which is unreasonable.

And she say me that whole amount refund in your account with in seven days of cancellation. But till now the amount not credited to my account .please do needful.                           My flight booking from Pune to Phuket PNR: P3G8SL for 22 Jan 2021 which was rescheduled due to Covid-19 has been cancelled without any notice and on top of that there is no refund amount credited back.
                          I've sent multiple emails over the last few months and spoken to multiple CSR's at GoAir, but there has been no luck.
                          This is highly unprofessional behavior.
                          I hope this forum will help me get my money back.

AHM TO PORTBAIR THIS FLIGHT IS NOT PERMITTED TO LAND I HAVE TO SUFFER FOR 2 DAY AT chennai airport and my 1600 rs covid test money also waste also my hotel booking of that day are also lost..so its worst things ..i want my refund u told that refund done in 7 days but its 3 week done .

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                Iam writing this in reference to my Refund request / service request G[protected] dated 08 December 2020. The booking was from Delhi to Port Blair (IXZ) made via happyeasygo.com, they have asked me contact airlines but after generation of service request no further communication in this regard occurred.

                                2. The flight was cancelled from your end only one day prior to departure which compelled me take ticket on short notice and at a very high rate. This resulted me in a huge monetary losses. Further, Goair hasn't refunded me the amount till date after 33 days of cancellation of my booking.

                                3. It is therefore requested that refund amount may please be refunded via electronic channel as early as possible.

                                  I have booked a flight for January 2021. The flight has been cancelled by airline. I found that cancelled status while trying to do web check-in. Since then (24th December)I have been calling CUSTOMER care but even after waiting for 9 minutes in each call, could not get to talk to any representative. call gets disconnected after max timeout. I also wrote to the airline to these email ids and have sent escalation email to the higher authority as well, but no response till date. The journey date is 17th January 2021.

                                  For each email, I get a service request number - G[protected], G[protected], G[protected], G[protected], G[protected], G[protected]

                                  I don't want to re-schedule my flight. Since, it is cancelled by airline, I want total refund. and that too as soon as possible. don't come to me crying and giving ### reasons of delay. This is digital India. Act like it.

                                  Please escalate this thread so that I get my hard earned money back.

                                  If I do not hear back from airline, with satisfactory answer, I shall go to court so that the airline gets to learn not to cheat people.

                                  In our country, let us put an end to such evil practice. if a company is unable to answer queries to the people it has caused inconvenience, then boycott such company and its services.

                                    I have booked Go air flight for my journey on 28th Dec 2020 from Goa to Lucknow with change of flight at Mumbai.
                                    On 27th when I tried to web check in as a mandatory requirement during Covid, the site was asking about Rs 1150 for web checking charges.
                                    This was not the condition while booking but when spoke to Go air tele executive on 28th morning at about 09:30 she said this is mandatory and passenger have to pay.
                                    I was reluctant to pay and ultimately missed the flight just to remember for the life and another 1000 how unethical Go airways. The executive also informed me since you have booked from Make my trip, it was their responsibility to inform.

                                      They have locked the pnr for lockdown period where I was trying to check for tickets price in June where the date got locked for 24th June where 19000/-rs money still due for me to pay to complete the booking where I was trying to reach customer support since a week prior to departure and wrote emails too (17th June ) since no body was picking up the calls. Now without complete booking how it was expected to go for mandatory web check-in where it was declared No Show and no one is ready to come in call to address this issue from feedback team who are having jurisdiction to address this concern of mine.

                                      I have written more than 15 emails since then but they are not addressing this issue but generalised it as No Show policy where they can’t do anything.

                                      My question is how web checking can be done without completing the booking?
                                      How passengers were expected to travel without any customer support where I tried to reach them to help in booking too which I was not able to do by paying online which didn’t worked that day.
                                      I am trying to reach them prior to schedule departure but still tagged as No Show.
                                      Who’s fault is this ?
                                      I want my money refund as don’t want to go for this airline from now on.

                                      I don’t see any progress here as well I got call from this forum stating you have filed a complaint online what is the issue. I started to brief and in between call got disconnected and since then he is disconnecting it and not reverted. If this number is known to your team then please check who is this unprofessional fellow. +[protected]

                                        We had booked a round trip flight from Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai.
                                        Our PNR number is FG6HUB.
                                        Our flight (Flight No. G8-384) was cancelled from Mumbai to Goa (18th Dec' 2020) by the airlines. The flight which is scheduled for the return on 31st Jan 2020 from Goa to Mumbai has not yet been cancelled.
                                        We have been trying to contact the Goair team since the past few days, however nobody attends to the call. The automated voice keeps saying that the attendants are busy and after holding for 52 minutes the call drops.
                                        We wish to get a refund for the cancellation (as the cancellation was done by the airlines) but there is no way we can connect with Goair team.
                                        Also while they have cancelled the flight from Mumbai to Goa for the 18th Dec, the flight from Goa to Mumbai is not cancelled.
                                        As nobody is attending to the calls, we cannot cancel our flight from Goa to Mumbai. We are in a dilemma as we are not able to connect with the Goair authorities.
                                        We hope that the GoAir team resolves our issue rather than avoiding our calls.
