This is to bring to your notice that its been 1.10 Years following up for my refund from GO AIR which was cancelled by them at last moment for flight dated 13MAY 2023, Patna -Bangalore-PNR-ACWY4K
The airline cancelled the flight and informed me on 9th may2023 without giving an alternate option for another flight, they simply cancelled the flight at last moment.
And here i am 1.10 years later still following up for refund of around 16000 INR
There is simply no response from GO AIR and now there is no contact number for customer care available
Even my booking partner clear trip is just telling that -Cleartrip has submitted the customer refund claims details with GoFirst Airlines (India) Limited as per the communication received from Interim Resolution Professional for Go Airlines (India) Limited.
And they are awaiting further communication and refund from Go Airlines (India) Limited from past 1.10 years
We are middle class people who books flight ticket at least 3month before so that it costs in budget and airlines like this simply troubles us at last moment cancelling it and not refunding my money
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND.
