Godrej Appliances — ac pcb fault no warranty service (inefficient staff) | |||
I bought ac on june 4 2019 and logged an complain in may 2020 for fault in ac speed which was actually pcb. I was told warranty has been extended due to lockdown and to rest assured. But later when i again logged complaint it was forwarded to an bhopal service centre which was later dismissed without any communication. I logged another complaint in august 2020 and asked for fault service but i was told that your warranty has expired and we dont have any record of your previous calls. I was totally surprised how can they be so lier or inefficient. Godrej doesnt have any good after sale service and professional staff. They might hiring it through third party. Very rude customer care and even social media marketing agents. I tried putting it on facebook got in touch with somebody named geet he told me i am working on this but did got any reply later. They dont even think its responsible to reply on your email messages. Dont be vocal for local i would say. Regretting of buying it from local company. Moreover tata cliq is worst who doesnt allow me review this product on website Was this information helpful? | |||
