I purchased godrej eon fridge 3 years back now suddenly defrost issue raised I raised the call to customer support and they contacted the technician who visited our home but the charges they applied are whopping expensive. The part they changed cost rs 600 on online market and they charged 1650 when called the customer support they said the cost said by the technician is true and blah blah..
And they also charged rs 350 for visitation..
Such a pathetic service from godrej..
No doubts you make money from frauding the innocent customer in after sales..if once again the issue arises in warranty period and they give pathetic service I will complaint it in Consumer court Was this information helpful? |
