[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — being cheated

I complained about my godrej eon refrigerator not cooling properly on 4th may on the toll free no. [protected]. The service person who visited, changed the timer sensor. He charged rs 4250 for it. The rate in the market is around rs 400. I didn’t cross check at that time as i thought they r from the company and could not imagine to be cheated. Fridge is still not working properly. They have already made two more visits and couldn’t get it working properly. Please look into the matter and get me the refund. I have purchase one slimline 3 door Locker almiraha on 11.04.2019 and also delivered on 13.04.2019, but some door complain i have lodge to M/s Akriti Creastions Hussainganj Faizabad Road Lucknow. but till date the complain is not solved. i have called them many times.
