[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Cheating by Godrej company given a faulty product. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I Kishan Kumar Ganeriwal is a consumer of godrej company had purchased a fully automatic washing machine from godrej company on 31/01/2015. The model no as mentioned in invoice is: 4G15M2 GWF650FC 6.5KG CAR. The Invoice no as mentioned in the bill is: 80I/93192751. The Invoice is generated or made on :31/01/2015. The above mentioned product is defective or a seconds product which is delivered to me at my door and being serviced 8 times in seven and a half months and the parts are being changed 3-4 times during the period. Currently the product contains one year warranty out of which already seven and a half months passed and the problem is again and again repeating. After taking the product when the use started within few days it is noted that the machine or product started giving troubles, noting first three problems within three months we understood that the product is defective so we started calling up the service assistance cell of godrej company several times to replace the machine but again and again the representatives of call center tells that your complaint is registered and the technician will visit you within 24 hours and will do the formalities for change of machine but when the technician visits my place he only service the machine or change the part required to change and he says your machine is ok and need not to be replaced for new machine. we r constantly complaining the costumer service cell or assistance cell but repetitively the same thing is been done, now we are frustrated with the product and calling them but again they are passing the time so that to take the product out of the warranty and they need not take any action for this because it is just the headache of the customer to take care of product and pay for repairs or amc after wards. It is my hard earned money which i invested for my comfort and need but dint expected that i need to burn my blood for a product which is of a reputed brand and make. i am in a huge pain with the product and is unable to bear the pain of the said same defective machine which company provided me and not replacing the same.i am in a suicidal position with the product. kindly look into the matter and get the company change the product. As mentioned above i several times called up the service cell for replacement of product but as said it is not done. reather we have mailed the same thing to Mr.Rajiv Bhat National head- Consumer cell but till now dint got any response from him too. attaching the copies of all relevent documents.
