Just had one of the worst experiences of your Godrej AC service. I First bought it just a month ago and on the second run water started leaking so I called the customer care complaint and waited for the technician to visit. then as I wasn't getting any updates after 2 days
I called again and I was given the technician number. I called multiple times and he didn't pick my call. I tried from a different number. He picked up the call on the first try where their qualified technician behaved extremely rudely and told us that we are busy and will see if he can do it.
I am highly fed up with this and this is unacceptable behaviour of a service professional. Firstly the product is pathetic as it started leaking on the second Run and secondly I am extremely disappointed from their service and the runarounds. Was this information helpful? |
