I actually called customer care of Godrej to ask how to fix my ac remote which was stuck in test mode...but no one actually knew English or Hindi or kannada...the representative told me in English that he dosent understand English he can only speak in Telugu...they were transferring my calls again and again they made me Waite for 2 hrs and they used to cut the call no one actually asked which model was my AC unit and what I needed to resolve they wanted my name, phone number, email, address. Just to replace my ac remote or to guide me how to resolve this issue they took 2 hrs and my issue was still not resolved and some people on the phone were actually talking rude to me..they were actively trying to avoiding talking to me on the phone. Giving incomplete answers and showing disrespect. Makes a consumer think before he/she thinks about buying anything from Godrej in the future.
