I have purchased a godrej refrigerator model no.- gde 19ds4,
Serial no.[protected] on[protected] in the name of tirtham taran. The product has 10 years rust free warranty. We talked about the warranty to toll free no. ([protected]) and call no. K[protected] is generated on 18/02/2020. Service person visited on 19/02/2020 take the photo of the product and received rs. 375/- as investigation charge. When we told him for replacement of the door, he replied that it will be repaint and also told rudely in this type of language "you are bound to agree with repaint".
Next day we receive call from service center and also pressure us for repaint and try to make me understand as the company is not providing the replacement of door in warranty.
Today i call him for repaint my product as per the consideration of his justification and ask him about the time for completion of the work. He replied very negligible way like as "10days, 15 days and 20 to 25 days". I told him this is a product for regular use how we can stop this for 10 to 20 days, is it not possible to make this earlier. Then replied very rudely "you can talk to the company".
We could get this type behavior from any service persons.
My request is to kindly resolve my issue at your earliest.
