Description of the Issue:
1. Since the request was raised, I have been receiving multiple calls from various service centres, but no technician has visited or addressed the issue.
2. I noticed a clear delay in service, seemingly intended to **hold the request until the warranty expired on 12th June 2025, after which I was told the case would be forwarded to a nearby service provider.
3. This transfer cycle has been repeating, with each caller asking for my location again, sending WhatsApp messages, and then passing the request to another centre.
4. On Monday, 23rd June 2025, one technician informed me that the remote would no longer be covered under warranty, despite my willingness to pay the charges even when it was still within warranty.
5. After calling customer care, the same technician offered a 3-month warranty – implying that only escalated cases via customer care are treated seriously.

My Concerns:
* The handling of this request has been highly unprofessional and misleading.
* I have been **misinformed, delayed, and inconvenienced repeatedly**.

* Written confirmation of warranty coverage (if any) for the replacement.
* Accountability for the poor handling and delay.
* Reimbursement or waiver of any applicable charges if the warranty was violated due to delays.
