Godrej Appliances — New fridge is defective | |||
Our new godrej fridge is not working from starting, 3 times engineer visits but the fridge is still not working. 2-3 times our food is got rotten. My small kid ate rotten food by mistake, who is responsible for the health of my kid? I dont want to take any chance with my family health. I purchased a new fridge and now after 3 engineer visits product is still defective. I want a new fridge replacement as soon as possible. If i purchase a new fridge than why should i accept defective, repaired products? I want a new fridge. I dont want any refund. Provide me new fridge replacement. It is the question of my family health i dont want to take any chance. And if i talk about the showroom from where i purchased this. Before purchase they are very nice but now they are rude in helping me. Invoices and labels attached below.
