I purchased a Godrej 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner via Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected]. The invoice date is 06/04/2026 and the product was installed on 07/04/2026.
The AC worked properly only on the day of installation. From the very next day (08/04/2026), it stopped cooling completely.
I raised a complaint with Godrej (Service Request No:[protected] and also escalated (Ticket No: 471385). However, no technician has been assigned and there has been no proper response despite multiple follow-ups. Calls are also not being answered.
This is a brand-new product under warranty, and failure within 24 hours of installation clearly indicates a defective product or improper installation.
I request immediate resolution, either through repair without any charges or replacement of the product.
If the issue is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with further legal action under the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency in service.
