Myself Dipayan Sur, resides in Belur, Howrah, West Bengal, Pin - 711202, recently purchased new refrigerator from Godrej from Khosla Electronics - Uttarpara, Hooghly branch.
Since the date of installation, we are facing cooling issues in the lower compartment in the refrigerator, we raised multiple complaints with Godrej (K[protected] - this was attended but issue was not resolved, K[protected] - this call was never attended, this call was raised on 26th July and even when I am writing this, call has not been attended) and the local service authority is not showing any eagerness to help us on this, the food stored in the fridge are getting rotted and we are helpless, not getting any support from Godrej.
Please escalate the matter to the highest level and arrange a solution or replace the refrigerator as soon as possible.
