Godrej Appliances — Parcel not delivered against my order dt. 05.9.21.

I made an order on, 05.9.21 for Bluetooth Earbuds'Philips'make and made the payment through Razorpay. But after expiry of a considerable time i.e. more than 15 days, the delivery of parcel has yet not been made to me. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly.
