Dear sir, my complaint no.D-[protected] dated.02/04/17 about no power in Split AC, same day your technician attend the complaint and took some Ac part with him for repair .His cell no. is [protected], on dated 08/04/17 i received a SMS from your customer care office (THE TECHNICIAN ATTEND UR COMPLAINT TODAY) but another technician attended my complaint on 11/04/17 and saying that he did not have any part of your AC . his cell no is.[protected] . same day round 6 pm i make a call to Godrej customer care and told all the matter, but till date no response from your side . sir, now tell me what should i do. i have only one option that i am going to complaint police against your first technician for taking away spare part of AC waiting for your reply Mahender Bisht [protected], [protected] email : mannubisht.[protected]@gamil.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
