We have purchased a Godrej - Single Door 215L Refrigerator thru Amazon on 19-March-2023 and from the first day its not-working properly. Defrost button has some issue from the very 1st day and we have complained to Godrej many of the times for the same. Within 2-3 months only the compressor has stopped working and has been changed. After that we are facing severe icing issues due to the malfunctioning of defrost button but even after so many complaints, the technicians come every time & say everything is fine till the refrigerator is under warranty. Now after the warranty overs, we complained again and this time the technician says that the defrost button is not working and this needs to be changed. To my surprise, we complained again 2 Days ago for cooling issue we are facing, the technician says that compressor, defrost button and PCB card needs to be changed.
Now I request Godrej team to check the record of complaints for this refrigerator and get this replaced as this refrigerator has manufacturing defects.
I request senior officials of the Godrej Appliances team to take necessary and immediate actions to get this refrigerator replaced otherwise we have been left with no other option rather than taking legal action against Godrej Appliances.
