I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a washing machine I purchased in August 2023. The machine is making a loud noise during the last spin cycle. I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue, but there has been no proper action or resolution taken to date.
Since the initial purchase, the machine has produced a loud sound during the drying cycle, and despite of raising multiple Complaints, the problem has not been fixed.
Here is a summary of my complaints:

On November 8, 2023, the washing machine was taken to the service center for ten days, but the issue persists. Each time I have requested a replacement, the service center has denied my request.
The washing machine is currently under full warranty, which will expire in August 2025, and I also have an extended warranty expiring in August 2027. I have attached the relevant paperwork for your reference.
I believe I received a defective product during purchase and request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue.
Also i urge to replace my defective machine with a new Washing machine or make me refund back the full invoice / Bill amount .
