Godrej Appliances — Show room forgot to extend my warranty

Hi Team,
I purchased a refrigerator in godrej showroom situated in KGF on May 2020
While purchasing it is was informed to me that, we will be providing extended warranty for 1year and they gave me one card regarding warranty extension.
Now my refrigerator has some problem from last 2month.
All vegetables and greens kept inside are turning into black colour.
Some are getting freezed. (Please note, the cooling level is set only at level 2)
I have attached some pictures taken today.
Now the issue is, when I reached show room they are saying that my warranty has not been updated still.
From last 2months am following them, but no any proper response.
I don't know whose mistake is that to update warranty, since it was informed by showroom that we are giving extended warranty and now they are saying it's not been updated.
