[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Split ac issue | |||||
I made one complain during the month of march for my ac which was not giving cool air. 1) 1st day the came and said gas was not there as its getting leaked and fill the gas and i paid rs 2300 to them. 2) after 4 days againg the same problem happen. I again complain them. They said that gas is getting leaked and did the same process. 3) again after 4 days same prob Lem happened they said they will now take the ac in there station and check they opended the ac and kept in my palce only for 7 days and didnt came to collect the ac to take in there warehouse. After frequent call and fight tgey came and took it. Which they said that will return with after 3 days but they took nearly 15 days to give back the ac. When the ac was brought back i checked it whereas cooling was happening but some sort of sound started to came out from the ac. I immediately said them whats wrong with the ca and whats that sound they said that they will rectify it again. I said you kept my ac for 15 days but still you have not resolved my problem moreover u have added one more problem. They said that very soon they will send someone to rectify it. I said them if due to this sound issue if my ac gets more damage then they will be responsible then the service center manager said yes he will take the responsibility. 4) i called them to inform that they have not send anyone to rectify the ac sound till now. And asusual they said they will be coming 2moro. But there 2moro never comes. 5) on 8th june i call the service center again as now my ac is not working only. If we on the ac it suddenly gets off by itself only. The service center manager said that no need to call the godrej call center they will resolve by them self but till date no one has turn out. 6) so on 10th june i have call the call center for the issue. After few min i got a call from the service center and said our technician is will come by 12 or 1 pm. When i said them are they really gonna come then the girl says cant be sure as the technician are very busy. Now my question is if there technician are so busy then why cant they hire more. Or why not the company transfer my complain to one of your best service center. As this lal ganesh service center when they cant resolved the issue moreover creates somemore other issue to rectify the old issue. Then whats the use of waiting for such long period and end up with some other major problem of the ac. Its better not to take godrej company ac only. When this people cant rectify the problem moreover creates more other major problem to damage the ac. Are we customers sitting here to complain godrej company every day leaving out all work esp when we buy ac to get comfort during the hot season. But here all opposit.
