Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and demand immediate, definitive action regarding the failure of a brand-new Godrej Refrigerator (Model: [Insert Model Number]) purchased just two months ago.
The unit’s compressor failed, and a service request was raised via the customer care line connected to mobile number [protected]. A technician confirmed the compressor was dysfunctional 15 days ago and initiated an invoice request for a replacement part.
Despite this clear diagnosis, the replacement part has not been installed. This unacceptable delay has resulted in daily and significant wastage of food, causing both financial loss and considerable distress. My subsequent attempts to follow up with your Customer Care department and the local Service Center have been met with a casual, repetitive, and ultimately dismissive "under progress" response. The service center has since ceased responding to my calls, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and empathy.
It is a pity and a shame that a brand of Godrej’s reputation maintains such a poor service line. The casual approach shown by both Customer Care and the Service Center team, without realizing the pain and agony this protracted failure is causing, is outright misconduct.
I hereby issue the following non-negotiable demands:
IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION: The new compressor must be installed and the refrigerator restored to full working order within the next 48 hours of the date of this letter.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT: Given the product is only two months old and has suffered a major component failure compounded by a severe service breakdown, I reiterate my demand for a complete replacement of the faulty refrigerator unit. A brand-new appliance should not require major repairs so soon after purchase.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I demand a strong and stern action against the personnel and the specific service center responsible for this gross display of incompetence and customer neglect. Their conduct constitutes a failure to meet basic service obligations and requires adequate punishment.
I expect a personal, written confirmation detailing the immediate steps being taken to resolve both the product failure and the service misconduct. Failure to act decisively on this matter will necessitate escalation to consumer protection forums.
