Godrej Appliances — Worst air conditioner

I bought an AC last year, since then I have been calling the customer service and telling them the ac is not working properly. Tried numerous times even though technician visited but they said they can't do anything because I stayed at the top floor which I confirmed at the time of purchasing. Nobody is helping me nobody is listening to me. I got stuck with the pathetic AC. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GODREJ THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING.
