Godrej Interio — Alice coffee table walnut

I am a customer of Godrej interior since several years. The following Godrej products has been purchased by the undersigned in the past. 1. Godrej Queen bed (chocolate) 2. Godrej Cub board 3. Godrej Chocolate dressing table with stool The last purchased one was “Alice Coffee Table walnut” on 10.01.2015 (Order No.47726 dated 10.1.15, Invoice No;84I/[protected]. Since last two months we are noticing that, top layer of coffee table wooden legs and other joining wooden pieces are coming out. We are seeing lot of white dots are getting developed in the entire wood. Photos of affected portions are attached here with for your ready reference. We have informed the same to customer care through toll free number and one technician visited to house and he also taken some photos. Till date we are not getting any positive response in spite of frequent follow up. Hence I request you arrange to replace the Coffee table or to rectify the defect of entire wooden portion of Coffee Table. Expecting your positive feedback at the earliest which will help us not to lose the confidence on Godrej Products.
