Godrej Interio — delay in store well delivery/ lock is not working properly/ no person came for installation/mirror not yet received

I have purchased a store well (Item code: 30161803sd00207) along with mirror (Item code: 56101544sd00004) on 8th august 2017 by paying full amount of inr 23034 from godrej interio store (Tirumala furnitures, opposite to bjp office, kukatpally), hyderabad. The receipt no is 28102. Finally up on so many followups (Baring careless/escaping behavior with store persons) finally i have received my product on 20th september that to without mirror to it. No person came for installation till now and we unwrapped the cover and we found that the main door lock is not working properly. We have called to the store regarding this issue and the mirror which we have to receive. But still they are asking to wait for one more week and that to they are not sure whether we will get the item and the our wish will be fulfilled or not. Its been almost two months since we invested amount on this item but still we are not using it as per our requirement.
It is really a worst experience with godrej interio and i strongly recommend not to purchase any item with gorej interio (Poor quality, poor customer support, delayed deliveries are the reasons). Please let me know when my issues will be resolved
