Godrej Interio — Inferior products & horrible after sales support !

First things First, please do not buy Godrej Interio products. Please find list as to why am I saying this:

1) Products are Inferior/look & design wise they are at 80/100. Inferior I mean, they are not made for long lasting (I mean they work upto3-4 years max). The pasted upper layer of the furniture just got peeled off at places after 3years o[censored]sage and the fault is not related to the usage at all. The peeling off happened at places where our hands cannot be reached, which is self-evident that this is not due to usage but the design & quality issues of Godrej Interio. And then the sharp edges of those peeled of layers are piercing/scratching the legs while we walk around the furniture in the room.

2) For these 3-4 years o[censored]sage, the price is exorbitant.

3) They phase out/discontinue the products in 4-5 years and no parts are available in stock if any issues arise. So, either you have to live with that furniture OR get it repaired locally with a carpenter OR throw it out and purchase a new one.

4) The after sales is pathetic. No intimation/communication, service franchise person does not have any idea, call center people clueless. They kept me waiting for 2.5months after paying 10k advance for bed, side table & dresser panels replacement and then said that the parts are not available due to product is discontinued. Look at their system, how could they collect money and take order w/o even knowing that they cannot serve. Even if they did, it took them 2.5months to realize. They just wasted my 3months time since booking the repair call over phone and mailing me about cannot serve. Still Iam waiting for the 10k to be returned to me.

So, please donot buy these products if you want reliable products.
