Yesterday morning I purchased the items below from Godrej Interio store and in the evening I received delivery. My room space is not set up and I request a return for the recliner sofa single seater..
Please help me here. I am not getting a response from store for the same. Still I didn't receive any bill copy as well.
Please arrange my return for the same.
Regarding the mail below - Saturday technician has visited my place and taken photographs for the same. Based on that I spoke to the shop owner for my return request but the shop owner denied the same and asked me to connect with Godrej head office for further communication.
Looking for someone from your team to look into this matter urgently. please find attached images taken by a technician as well
