Yesterday morning I purchased the items below from Godrej Interio store and in the evening I received delivery. My room space is not set up and I request a return for the recliner sofa single seater..
Please help me here. I am not getting a response from store for the same. Still I didn't receive any bill copy as well.
Please arrange my return for the same.

I had booked a king bed and Paid Rs 2000 as advance amount on 18.03.2023 before your dealer 4s Interiors, plot no-193, patia square, c s pur, bhubaneswar, odisha-751024.but later i decided not to take the booked item.When i informed my decission to your sales head mr bishnu das bearing number [protected], he used some befitting reply and not agreed to refund my booking amount. Therefore I may request before your good office take urgent initiatives...

I have registered a complaint vide no: Y[protected], almost 2 weeks back regarding an issue with my modular kitchen drawer channel with Godrej Interio. However nobody is attending to this complaint despite my multiple followup calls with the customer care as of today.

Kindly get this issue looked into asap as i need to let it out to a new tennant in a couple of weeks time.

Chair recliner On 11 th February Yet not delivered...

Sales person informed delivery within 8 days. Now saying end of t month.

Godrej is ready to accept orders but not providing service and understand t importance of customer’s requirement.

I have purchased HIT Anti MOSQUITO RACQUET on 22-Dec-2022 through Amazon...After few days, the mosquito racquet has stopped working even though it is been charged.
The product still has 6 month warranty.

I placed an order of Godrej Kreation with a token money on Oct 30, 2022. After committing to deliver it with in 20 days they deliver product on DEC 5 and arranged installation on Dec. 7, 2022. Godrej interior - I bought furniture - Almirah and Queen bed from them few years back. Handle of the almirah detach and tail board of queen bed is also detached. Their person came to see on 19th Nov 2022 and took Rs.400/ without doing anything. Almirah handle is there with me as it is, and their person does not have any screw to fix it.
