Godrej Interio — Pathetic Customer care service, worst company experience | |
My Godrej bed is hardly 1.5yrs old and already the stickers are coming out of wood from several places of the Bed. Contacted CUSTOMER care and told about the situation. At that time they didn't mention anything to send a photo/video of the issue with bed and have to request a service visit. Next day, 2 guys came from Godrej, they just took a photo of the stickers coming out and asked for a 400 visiting charge. No solution, what a ### money laundering business that is, we could have sent the photo from our phone also. Then the next day, they called to inform that the entire bottom of the bed has to be exchanged and they won't fix the stickers coming out of sides from bed bottom, and this will be charged for Rs 8000. My other beds which are 8+ yrs older doesn't have any damage, and when we decide to go for a branded item this time, this is the service we are getting from such a big brand. This is the kind of business they are running since we belong to a middle-class family and can't take any action against them. I hope this reaches the concerned authorities and everyone comes to know of the cheats present in the marketplace. Was this information helpful? | |
