Godrej Interio — Recliner sofa leatherite skin peel off

I purchased a Godrej Interio Recliner Sofa in 2017 which came with a warranty of 1 year. After 1 year it's skin started to peel off and now after 3 years it's skin got totally peeled off. The sofa set is totally spoiled. Is this the quality of a Godrej Interio product should be? After I called the company to complain about this issue, they gave me a quotation of Rs.42, 000/- for its repair. That is almost half the cost of sofa. Atleast ask for reasonable charges if you want to charge.
